Anutin Explains That Random Inspections of Gas Stations Provide Accurate Decision-Making Data

The Prime Minister noted that during random inspections of gas stations in Nakhon Phanom, most were operating normally. He said that visiting the sites allowed him to see the actual problems firsthand, providing accurate data for decision-making.

At 09:37 on 30 March 2026 at the Government House, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul spoke about his recent random inspections of gas stations in Nakhon Phanom province on 29 March. He said that most stations were operating normally, though some had not yet opened, but these were in the minority.

When asked whether these random inspections were aimed at assessing on-site problems after fuel prices were no longer fixed and if there would be sufficient fuel, Anutin said it was necessary to visit the sites, similar to when conflicts occurred in border areas. He emphasized that being on-site is important for making various decisions. Seeing the situation firsthand, understanding the realities and problems, and speaking with the general public provides more information, enabling proper decisions to be made.
