Jirut Wisalchit has officially received the royal command to serve as the new Election Commissioner, following his royal appointment and the announcement in the Government Gazette on 26 March 2026.
On 2 April 2026 at 10:59 a.m., the Election Commission Office held a ceremony to receive the royal command appointing Mr. Jirut Wisalchit as an Election Commissioner. This followed the royal appointment and its announcement in the Government Gazette on 26 March 2026. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Narong Klanwarin, Chairman of the Election Commission; Mr. Anan Suwanirat and Mr. Thitiket Nuchnat, Election Commissioners; with Mr. Sawang Bunmee, Secretary-General of the Election Commission, reading the royal command at Meeting Room 201, 2nd Floor, Election Commission Office.
