NACC Discloses MPs Asset Declarations After Parliament Dissolution: Chada Worth 144 Million Baht with Amulets, Sruang Holds 766 Million Baht in Land

The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has revealed asset declarations showing Chada is worth 144 million baht, owning 18 amulets and Luang Pho Derm's takrud charms, and 23 firearms. Sruang Thienthong's assets total 766 million baht, including land holdings in Sa Kaeo, Nonthaburi, and Pathum Thani provinces valued at 441 million baht.

On 3 April 2026, at the office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), asset and debt declarations of former MPs were disclosed following the parliament dissolution on 12 December 2025. Notable declarations include Chada Thaiset, former MP for Uthai Thani from the Bhumjaithai Party, who holds total assets of 144,635,189 baht, comprising 1.5 million baht in cash, 21,465,426 baht in deposits, 12,074,000 baht in investments, 35,844,040 baht in land, 16.2 million baht in buildings and structures, 5,850,000 baht in vehicles, 11,225,093 baht in rights and concessions, and other assets worth 41,810,000 baht. These include 18 amulets valued at 14,980,000 baht, six Luang Pho Derm takruds, six Luang Pho Derm knives worth 130,000 baht, an ivory-carved Singha amulet, 12 amulets and takruds valued at 500,000 baht, 23 firearms totaling 1.3 million baht, and 24 watches worth 11.9 million baht.

Meanwhile, Sruang Thienthong, former MP for Sa Kaeo from the Pheu Thai Party, declared assets totaling 766,395,655 baht, with 501,461,303 baht as personal assets and 145,152,012 baht under his spouse, Yanika Thienthong. Most assets are 64 land plots valued at over 441 million baht in Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Sa Kaeo provinces, along with five buildings valued at 119,680,000 baht. Other assets exceed 61 million baht, including 257 baht weight of gold bars valued at 17,026,250 baht, one diamond ring worth 10 million baht, and one necklace valued at 5 million baht.

Mallika Jirapanwanich, former MP for Lopburi from the Bhumjaithai Party and currently First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, reported assets totaling 47,365,882 baht.
