Anutin Reveals Secret to Bhumjaithai’s Growth: Unity and Trust

Anutin revealed the secret behind Bhumjaithai's growth lies in unity and mutual trust. He does not aim for a single-party government but is confident the government can overcome the energy crisis, citing experience from the COVID era as proof.

At 11:10 a.m. on 6 Apr 2026 GMT+7 at Bhumjaithai Party headquarters, Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and party leader, spoke about the party’s 18th anniversary. He expressed happiness over the party’s steady growth and development each year since its founding. Having participated in multiple elections, the party has consistently grown, especially recently. Therefore, Bhumjaithai must adapt its working methods as more young members join. Experience and knowledge must be passed on to younger generations to serve the people and nation. He hopes this transition period will strengthen the party through experience and collaboration with those who helped build it.

When asked if the party would continue to grow, Anutin said they will do their best with sincerity and a commitment to placing the people as the highest priority. This will naturally lead to the party’s growth. The public guides Bhumjaithai’s direction; the party grows because of the people, not on its own.

Asked about the principle behind maintaining party unity, Anutin said it is based on mutual trust and the belief that every member is dedicated to serving the public. Therefore, the party supports any proposal that is not illegal, unethical, or against party ethics, enabling members to carry out their intentions for the people. This approach has earned Bhumjaithai trust and confidence, reflected in the party’s slogan: 'Say and Do.' This has fostered belief and opportunities for Bhumjaithai to govern the country.

When asked if he was confident the government would complete a full four-year term as wished today, Anutin said blessings are good and auspicious, but one must also act properly. They must work diligently and not be distracted by praise related to appearances or sensations but remember they have volunteered to serve the people and nation. This is a quality instilled in Bhumjaithai members: no formalities, no fussiness, no arrogance. The people always come first. If lining up, they go to the end of the queue. This is the value Bhumjaithai instills in everyone.

Asked whether Bhumjaithai might grow enough to form a single-party government, Anutin replied that if knowledge is sought and the country can advance together without conflict, it is better to join hands and move forward together. Going alone while five or six others are ready to stab you in the back is not good. Therefore, working together is best.

When asked if Bhumjaithai, as the leading coalition party, can overcome the current energy crisis with public trust, Anutin said resolving crises is the government’s duty. In the past, Bhumjaithai has shown that during crises like COVID-19 and natural disasters, they can successfully manage and overcome them. As the government, they must resolve every crisis for the people.
