He said NACC officials are rapidly compiling documents, as the petition includes 56 sets of supporting materials. These must be submitted to both the panel of judges and the opposing parties. Mr. Surapong added that the NACC’s resolution to indict is based on evaluating behavior and content, assessing whether individuals in such positions should have acted as they did and whether it constitutes serious ethical violations.
