The Cabinet held a special meeting to appoint Wannor, Permpoon, and Attapon as advisors to the Prime Minister, and named Ratchada as the government spokesperson, effective immediately.
At 21:20 on 6 April 2026 at Government House, Ms. Ratchada Thanadirek, spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office, announced that the Cabinet, in a special meeting, approved the appointment of four political officials as proposed by the Secretariat of the Prime Minister.
1. Mr. Wannur Muhamadnor Mata was appointed as an advisor to the Prime Minister.
2. Police General Permpoon Chidchob was appointed as an advisor to the Prime Minister.
3. Mr. Attapon Rukpiboon was appointed as an advisor to the Prime Minister.
4. Ms. Ratchada Thanadirek was appointed as the official spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office.
These appointments take effect from 6 April 2026 onwards.
