Prime Minister Signs Order Delegating Duties to 7 Deputy Prime Ministers and Ministers Attached to the PMs Office Yotchanan Oversees Ministries Allocated to Pheu Thai

Prime Minister Anutin signed an order assigning duties to seven deputy prime ministers and ministers attached to the Prime Minister's Office. Phiphat supervises the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, and the Eastern Economic Corridor Office. Meanwhile, Ekniti oversees the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Energy. Yotchanan is responsible for all ministries allocated to Pheu Thai.

On 8 Apr 2026 GMT+7, reporters reported that on 7 Apr 2026 GMT+7, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul signed Prime Minister's Office Order No. 82/2569, delegating authority to deputy prime ministers and ministers attached to the Prime Minister's Office to act on behalf of the Prime Minister as follows.

1. Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Deputy Prime Minister, oversees the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, and the Eastern Economic Corridor Policy Committee Office.

2. Mr. Songsak Thongsri, Deputy Prime Minister, supervises the Ministry of Tourism and Sports (sports sector only), the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Public Health, the Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister, the National Water Resources Office, the National Land Policy Committee Office, and the National Health Commission Office.

3. Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister, oversees the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Energy, the Budget Bureau (except for duties and powers related to the Prime Minister under the Budget Procedures Act), the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council, and the Board of Investment.

4. Mr. Sihasak Puangketkaew, Deputy Prime Minister, supervises the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Intelligence Agency, and the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre.

5. Mrs. Supachai Suthamphan, Deputy Prime Minister, oversees the Ministry of Tourism and Sports (tourism sector only), the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Industry, the Public Relations Department, and the Consumer Protection Board.

6. Mr. Pakorn Nilprapunt, Deputy Prime Minister, supervises the Secretariat of the Cabinet, the Office of the Council of State, the Civil Service Commission, the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission, the National Office of Buddhism, and the Royal Institute (including its administration). He is also responsible for administrative litigation, including authorizing prosecutors to handle cases involving the Prime Minister. Additionally, he oversees and signs documents related to royal pardons and applications for Thai nationality.

7. Mr. Yotchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister, supervises the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Education, the Office of the National Reform Steering Assembly, the National Strategy Office, and the Office for Peacebuilding and Reconciliation. He also oversees the Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization) and the Knowledge Management and Development Office (Public Organization).

Regarding ministers attached to the Prime Minister's Office: 1. Ms. Supamas Isarapakdi oversees the Public Relations Department, the Consumer Protection Board, and the Mass Communication Organization of Thailand Public Company Limited (MCOT). 2. Mr. Napin Srisappang supervises the Office of Contemporary Art and Culture Promotion (Public Organization), the Office of Creative Economy Promotion (Public Organization), the Night Safari Administration Organization (Public Organization), the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion, and the Office of Social Enterprise Promotion. 3. Mr. Pradorn Prissanantakul oversees the Budget Bureau (except duties related to the Prime Minister under the Budget Procedures Act), the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission, the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization), and the National Cybersecurity Agency. 4. Mrs. Suksamruay Wantanayakul supervises the Special Committee for Coordination of Royal Projects, the Land Bank Management Institute (Public Organization), and the National Village and Urban Community Fund Office.
