
Nikorn Jamnong has reported to the parliament as a party-list MP for the Bhumjaithai Party, replacing Zabeeda Thaiseth.
At 09:00 on 8 April 2026, in the special reception room 206 on the 2nd floor of the Parliament Building, Nikorn Jamnong, a party-list member of parliament for the Bhumjaithai Party, reported to the Secretariat of the Parliament. This followed the parliament's announcement for the next person on the party list to move up to fill the vacant MP seat.
According to the Election Commission's announcement dated 4 March 2026 on the party-list MP election results, Ms. Zabeeda Thaiseth, listed 5th on the Bhumjaithai Party's party-list candidates, was elected as an MP. However, Ms. Zabeeda submitted her resignation as an MP effective 2 April 2026, ending her membership under Section 101 (3) of the 2017 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. Therefore, under Section 105 (2) of the same constitution, the next person on the Bhumjaithai Party list was announced to move up as an MP. Ms. Sirithorn Limpapyom, Deputy Secretary-General of the Parliament, welcomed the new member.
