She said the money trail was clear and anyone in the country could see it was deliberately using nominees, but the NACC exercised discretion and ruled there was no intent, finding him innocent and unblemished. In contrast, the case of 44 Move Forward Party MPs who proposed amending law 112 was deemed a serious ethical violation by the NACC, although the law had not even been introduced to Parliament yet.
