Reporters attempted to ask about the case in which the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) decided to dismiss the complaint against Sak Siam Chidchob, former secretary-general of the Bhumjaithai Party and former Minister of Transport, who was accused of intentionally concealing false asset and debt declarations concerning his shareholding in Buri Charoen Construction Limited Partnership. Anutin listened and smiled but did not answer the question.
When further asked about the People's Party (PP) raising concerns and comparing this to the case involving 44 Move Forward Party MPs, Anutin stated, "We have agreed not to answer questions." He then immediately left the Ministry of Interior.
However, at 10:00 a.m., the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior was scheduled to chair a meeting to consider the 2027 fiscal year budget framework involving four agencies: the Budget Bureau, Ministry of Finance, Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), and the Bank of Thailand, at Phakdi Bodin Building, Government House.
