Government Invites Citizens to Offer Blessings on Coronation Day, 4 May 2026

The government is preparing to hold a royal celebration club event in honor of Coronation Day on 4 May 2026 at the Government House, and invites citizens to join in offering their blessings and good wishes.


On 30 Apr 2026 GMT+7, Ms. Ploytale Lakshamisangchan, Deputy Spokesperson of the Prime Minister's Office, announced that the government has received royal permission to organize the royal celebration club event honoring His Majesty the King on Coronation Day, 4 May 2026. The event will take place on Monday, 4 May 2026, at 19:00 at the Santi Maitri Building, Government House. Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul will preside over the event on behalf of the government.

The government has invited attendees from Thailand and abroad, including the heads of constitutional organizations, Privy Council members, former prime ministers, the cabinet, diplomatic corps, consuls, heads of international organizations, political officials, military officers, police officers, civil servants, members of the House of Representatives and Senate, heads of ministerial departments or equivalents under the Prime Minister's Office, the presidents of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Thai Industries, Thai Bankers' Association, Tourism Council of Thailand, and the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand, among others, to participate in the royal celebration club event.

"The royal celebration club event for Coronation Day on 4 May 2026 will be broadcast live on the Thai Public Broadcasting Service and the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand, Public Relations Department, starting from 18:50. The government invites all Thai citizens to join together in honoring the occasion and offering their blessings and good wishes on Coronation Day, 4 May 2026."
