Peoples Party Launches Major Campaign Across Bangkok Ahead of May 5 Bangkok Governor Election Reveal

The People's Party has launched a major Out of Home campaign with more than 100 locations across Bangkok, inviting city residents to ask, “Is life in Bangkok too difficult?” The party is preparing to reveal its candidate for Bangkok governor on 5 May.

On 2 May 2026, the People's Party launched a large-scale Out of Home (OOH) campaign featuring over 100 billboards across Bangkok. These cover strategic areas, from business districts and main routes to places where people live and carry out daily activities. The billboard messages reflect various difficulties faced by Bangkok residents, such as: "Is it hard to take your mother to the doctor in Bangkok?" "Is it hard to get home in the evening?" "Is it hard to save money?" "Is it hard to do business?" "Is it hard to walk alone at night?" "Is it hard to breathe?" "Is it hard to raise children?" "Is it hard to stay healthy?"

The People's Party stated that this campaign aims to encourage Bangkok residents to pause and reflect on the everyday challenges that many have become accustomed to without questioning. It concludes with the message, “Simple Bangkok for an easier life for everyone,” inviting people to imagine a more manageable Bangkok if the governor and city council members from the People's Party work together to drive change.

The People's Party will hold an event to introduce its candidate for governor of Bangkok on Tuesday, 5 May, starting at 17:00 at Samyan Mitrtown, 5th floor, The Mitr-ting Room.
