
The Pheu Thai Party has formed an 11-member executive committee with Julapan as chairman, while Phumtham, Prommin, and Somsak serve as members. Their role is to drive the party forward, set strategies swiftly and flexibly, and ensure efficiency.
On 13 May 2026, reporters reported that Pheu Thai Party leader Julapan Amornwiwat signed order No. 0005/2569 appointing the party’s executive committee. This move aims to ensure the party's management and operations are fast, agile, and efficient. Under the authority granted by Pheu Thai Party's 2018 regulations, amended in 2023 (5th edition), Article 58, and following the executive board's resolution from its 7/2569 meeting on 5 May 2026, the "Pheu Thai Party Executive Committee" was appointed with the following composition and duties.

3. Mr. Phumtham Vejjajai, Committee Member
4. Dr. Prommin Lertsuridej, Committee Member
5. Mrs. Monporn Charoensri, Committee Member
6. Ms. Jiraporn Sinthuprai, Committee Member
7. Mr. Somsak Thepsuthin, Committee Member
8. Mr. Sruang Thienthong, Committee Member
9. Mr. Prasert Chantraruangthong, Committee Member and Secretary
10. Ms. Kattiya Sawatdiphol, Assistant Secretary
11. Mr. Chanin Rungthanakiat, Assistant Secretary
Duties: 1. To consider, direct, and manage all party administration matters except those assigned by law or party regulations specifically to the party leader, executive board, or management committee; such matters should be proposed to the party leader or executive board for consideration and action. 2. Matters requiring executive board resolutions should be reviewed and opinions submitted by the executive committee for the board’s consideration.
3. To consider, define, and implement party strategies in various areas, with the option to consult advisory committees as deemed appropriate, and report monthly to the executive board. 4. To attend meetings and provide opinions to the executive board when requested. 5. To appoint qualified individuals to working groups as appropriate and report appointments at the next executive board meeting. 6. To perform other duties assigned by the executive board.
The term of office is two years from the date of appointment, effective immediately. This order is issued on 5 May 2026.
