"Kla Tham" opens its doors to village chiefs and headmen from Pattani. Lieutenant Commander Anudit declares that as an opposition party, they have influence and are ready to highlight Southern people's problems directly to the government.,
On 13 May 2026, Captain Thammanat Prompao, leader of the Kla Tham Party, assigned Lieutenant Commander Anudit Nakornthap, deputy party leader and party strategy chairman, along with Mr. Charnwit Munikanon, advisor to the party leader, and Mr. Yunaydi Waba, Pattani MP for District 4, to warmly welcome a delegation of over 30 village chiefs and headmen from Kapho District, Pattani Province. The occasion was for them to visit and conduct an offsite study tour amid a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Lieutenant Commander Anudit warmly welcomed the delegation, stating that the party leader highly values the people of Pattani, as they are key supporters who helped the party secure parliamentary seats in the area. He quoted Thammanat saying, “Our party has no subordinates; we only have brothers and sisters.” He added that if the people of Pattani face any problems or hardships, they can communicate directly through their MPs or party executives to promptly relay the issues to relevant agencies for swift resolution.
Mr. Yunaydi Waba, Pattani MP, revealed the difficulties in District 4 (Kapho, Sai Buri, Maikaen, and Panare districts), especially the Sai Buri River problem where severe bank erosion has affected over 100 meters of land, causing villagers to fear during the flood season. He also mentioned ongoing issues with livestock grazing fields and overlapping administrative areas. As their representative, he pledged to vigorously push for these matters to be addressed and resolved.
At the end, Lieutenant Commander Anudit assured the visiting delegation that although Kla Tham currently serves as the opposition, it remains a "powerful opposition." The party is committed to being a voice that listens to the people's hardships and will relay these concerns directly to the government to prompt swift action, ensuring the citizens do not have to face challenges alone.
