15 May: Anutin Opens Government House to Discuss with Top CEOs at Entrepreneurs Speak, Government Listens Forum

The Prime Minister will open Government House on 15 May to discuss with top CEOs, exchanging in-depth perspectives on the Thai economy through the 'Entrepreneurs Speak, Government Listens' forum, aiming to involve the private sector in setting the country's direction and boosting competitiveness.


On 13 May 2026, reporters reported that at 17:00 on 15 May, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul will preside over the opening of a joint government and private sector discussion forum under the theme 'Entrepreneurs Speak, Government Listens'. The event will be held at Phakdi Bodin Building, Government House, to provide a platform for deep listening to opinions and recommendations from private sector leaders on enhancing the country's economic competitiveness, with participation from senior executives of 10 business groups.

These groups include the main institutions group (NESDC), finance, agriculture and food, automotive, energy, construction and real estate, health, hotel and tourism, retail and consumer goods, and technology sectors, such as the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Thai Industries, Thai Bankers' Association, Thai SME Confederation, Charoen Pokphand Group (CP), Betagro Group, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, Gulf Development Public Company Limited, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, Sahapat Group Public Company Limited, and Central Group, among others.

About 100 participants will attend, including Cabinet members, ministry-level officials, senior private sector executives, media representatives, and relevant staff. This is the first such event under Anutin's government, focusing on constructive exchange of views, featuring an Open Dialogue to allow free sharing of perspectives in an open atmosphere and to promote cooperation between the public sector and businesses.

At 19:00, the Prime Minister will host a dinner at the Santi Maitri Building, expressing gratitude to the senior private sector executives who joined the discussion, to collectively push forward Thailand’s economy toward strong and sustainable growth.
