17 May 2026 GMT+7 Mr. Phai Lik, Member of Parliament for Kamphaeng Phet representing the Kla Tham Party, revealed that he has been appointed to serve on two key parliamentary committees directly related to the livelihoods and welfare of the people: water issues, a critical matter since farmers rely on water for their livelihood. He has been appointed as the First Deputy Chair of the Water Resource Management Committee.
“I will use this position to seriously address drought, flooding, and irrigation system problems. Farmers must have water to sustain their livelihoods year-round and should no longer bear such risks.”
