Lawyer Aun, accompanied by a group of reserve senators, submitted a letter to the Election Commission demanding justice, believing there is an attempt to overturn the Senator vote-rigging case that has allowed the offenders to escape punishment.
At 10:30 a.m. on 21 May 2026 at the Election Commission office, Mr. Phattharapong Suphakorn, known as Lawyer Aun, together with Mr. Akkarawat Pongthanachalitkul and a group of 20 reserve senators, presented evidence including LINE chat conversations and financial transaction trails. They handed over the evidence to the Election Commission along with a letter requesting justice and an update on the Senator vote-rigging case, urging the commission to handle the case with transparency and integrity, basing decisions on evidence to maintain confidence in its independence.
Mr. Phattharapong stated that he brought credible evidence showing that in the 2024 Senator election, a group planned to fix votes and select candidates from Group 4, representing the medical professionals sector, with about 10 members. They met, communicated, and strategized via the LINE app before the Senator election. A key figure in the plan was a doctor affiliated with the Ministry of Public Health. After planning and selecting members in the LINE group, almost all group members were elected as senators as intended. The reason he came to submit the evidence and letter to the Election Commission today is because he personally believes there is an attempt to derail this case, allowing the offenders to avoid punishment in about four weeks. .
