Members of the Pheu Thai Party have united to launch the "Pheu Thai Life Balanced" campaign, announcing their bid for Bangkok Metropolitan Council seats.
On 25 May 2026 GMT+7, reporters noted that a group of Pheu Thai Party members, led by Ms. Theerarat Samretwanich, deputy party leader and Bangkok regional chairperson, together with prospective candidates for the Bangkok Metropolitan Council, collectively launched the "Pheu Thai Life Balanced: A City That Understands People, Trusts Those Who Understand the City" campaign by simultaneously changing their Facebook profile and cover photos today.
This gathering was an initiative by local Pheu Thai Party members after the party did not officially nominate Metropolitan Council candidates. The members decided to unite as a team to run a joint campaign and present themselves to voters in each district, emphasizing a city vision where ordinary people can live well. The team has connections to the government and the capacity to implement national policies effectively at the city level.
