According to the previous royal decree appointing Mr. Sansorn Poljeak as a member of the National Anti-Corruption Commission on 22 September 2017, Mr. Sansorn Poljeak has now left the position due to the expiration of his term, resulting in a vacancy on the commission.
The Senate has now approved a qualified candidate without disqualifications to be appointed as a member of the National Anti-Corruption Commission under Section 238 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.
By the authority vested in Section 238 of the Constitution, together with Sections 12 and 17 of the Organic Act on the National Anti-Corruption Commission B.E. 2561 (2018), it is hereby graciously commanded to appoint Mr. Yutthana Sayochonok as a member of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
This appointment is effective immediately.
