A royal decree has specially granted the rank of Police Second Lieutenant to non-commissioned police officers holding the rank of police sergeant, noted for their good conduct and diligent service, who are scheduled to retire at the end of the 2026 fiscal year.

By royal command, the rank of Police Second Lieutenant is specially granted to 79 non-commissioned police officers holding the rank of police sergeant, recognized for their good conduct and diligent service throughout their careers, who will retire at the end of the 2026 fiscal year, as follows.
