
The Department of Provincial Administration invites the public to support the 5th and final 'Thai Help Thai' market on 29 May, held simultaneously in 878 districts across Thailand, assuring quality affordable products close to home to help save household expenses.
On 28 May 2026, Mr. Naruetcha Kosasivilai, Director-General of the Department of Provincial Administration, announced that the Ministry of Interior, through the Department of Provincial Administration, in collaboration with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, modern wholesale and retail stores, local entrepreneurs, and mobile vendors, continues organizing the 'Thai Help Thai' campaign to help reduce the cost of living for the public, stimulate the grassroots economy, and generate income for community entrepreneurs nationwide.
The 5th and final 'Thai Help Thai' event is scheduled for Friday, 29 May 2026, at all 878 district offices nationwide. Networks of entrepreneurs and community shops will collectively offer quality consumer goods, daily essentials, community products, and OTOP items at special discounted prices, directly reaching local residents. The public is encouraged to support Thai products by buying quality, affordable goods close to home to save on household expenses and help invigorate the community economy. So far, the 'Thai Help Thai' campaign has helped reduce citizens' living costs by more than 24.51 million baht, with total accumulated spending exceeding 110.89 million baht, continuously generating economic circulation at the grassroots level across the country.
