Wiroj to Request Investigation Next Week into Leaked Help Namngern Chat, Questions Authority of Anutin and Administrative Director

Wiroj revealed that next week he will submit complaints to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) and the Election Commission regarding the leaked chat "Help Namngern." He pointed out that the excuse given by Narucha is unconvincing and asked whether Anutin holds power at the Lightning Castle, protecting the Administrative Director who disregards the Prime Minister and Interior Minister 1—whether this is true or not.

On 30 May 2026, Mr. Wiroj Lakkhanaadisorn, deputy leader of the Prachachon Party, spoke about plans to file a complaint with the NACC to investigate the leaked "Help Namngern" chat. He explained that technically, a LINE account can be logged into on multiple devices such as phones, tablets, or computers. When someone secretly uses the ID to send messages, real-time notifications appear. Therefore, Mr. Narucha Kosasivilai, the Administrative Director, denying knowledge and claiming no involvement is hard to believe, especially from an IT standpoint. Moreover, a LINE account is usually linked to a mobile phone number; by checking the Administrative Director's phone number in LINE records, the truth can be revealed. Mr. Chalermpong Sangdee, MP for Phuket from the Prachachon Party, has reportedly already verified this and recorded evidence. Wiroj urged the Administrative Director to publicly explain with IT experts present to clarify the issue for society, questioning how he could be completely unaware.

Wiroj stated they will file complaints with both the NACC and the Election Commission, as this case may risk violating election laws and involve abuse of power. Upon hearing news that the Administrative Director plans to sue those who revealed the matter, Wiroj said many have raised concerns and expect the Administrative Director to clarify the facts publicly. He questioned why there would be lawsuits otherwise. Currently, their legal team is compiling evidence, aiming to submit complaints to both agencies next week simultaneously.

When asked if he had a message for the Prime Minister regarding the "Help Namngern" case, Wiroj said the matter involves two dimensions. One is that Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul serves as both Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, so Wiroj believed he is already aware of the situation.

"The other dimension is that there are rumors about this group—though I do not know if Narucha is involved or entangled with them. This group apparently shows little respect for the Prime Minister or Interior Minister 1, as if they hold some authority superior to the Prime Minister. They reportedly derive power from the Lightning Castle in the lower Northeastern region, which is very influential. Even the Prime Minister and Interior Minister 1 reportedly fear these people. Although they are officially subordinate to Interior Minister 1, they have the protection of the Lightning Castle. This group shows no deference. The question for the Prime Minister is whether this is true, who comprises this group, and whether Narucha is among them," Wiroj said.
