At 06:55 on 3 June 2026 GMT+7, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, spoke at Sanam Luang about the progress regarding the Khao Kradong land in Buriram Province, which Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul said that the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) must proceed with lawsuits for each land plot. Phiphat was asked if he had received reports from the SRT on this matter. He replied by asking what report was meant, noting that the case must proceed through normal complaint channels and that the court's judgment must be awaited. He added he did not know how far the legal process had advanced.
