Bhumjaithai Decides to Withdraw Support for Pheu Thais Constitution Draft Over Concerns of Constitutional Court Ruling Violation

The Bhumjaithai Party has resolved to withdraw the names of members who co-signed the constitution draft from the Pheu Thai Party, stating it is necessary due to concerns that the content may conflict with the Constitutional Court's rulings.

At 17:30 on 3 June 2026 GMT+7, Ms. Nan Bunyathida Somchai, Deputy Minister of Digital Economy and Society and spokesperson for Bhumjaithai Party, announced after a party meeting that the discussion focused on the constitutional amendment draft.
