On this occasion, when the Prime Minister and his wife arrived at the Santi Maitri Building (outer wing), the Prime Minister paid respects to the portrait of Her Majesty the Queen, offered incense and candles, and then saluted. Afterwards, he delivered a royal blessing speech, stating:

“I humbly bow with deepest respect to inform Your Majesty on the occasion of the grand ceremony marking the 4th cycle birthday of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Patcharasutthaphimol. I, Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister, on behalf of the Cabinet, their spouses, diplomats, officials, and all Thai people from every sector, feel immense joy and honor to gather at this Royal Celebration Club event to express our loyalty and profound gratitude for Your Majesty’s boundless royal benevolence today.

Since Your Majesty was bestowed the royal title of Queen, You have been a shining umbrella and source of inspiration beside His Majesty the King. You have diligently carried out various royal duties, accompanying His Majesty in visits to people across all regions of the country. Over time, You have undertaken many responsibilities in military and aviation affairs, social and quality of life development, and public health. You have shown steadfast dedication to continuing, preserving, and expanding projects initiated by royal initiatives, as well as the royal aspirations of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother, to foster development that benefits the people. This includes sustaining the Support Arts and Crafts Foundation to preserve the nation's heritage of traditional wisdom and handicrafts, promoting and elevating Thai sports internationally, and enhancing the potential and value of Thai women as vital contributors to national development. You have also been a role model in preserving cultural arts, reflecting the elegant identity of Thai women through exquisite traditional attire admired worldwide. Your valuable royal duties, compassionate heart, sacrifice, care for all Thai citizens, and noble conduct make You a paragon of virtue and dedication to the nation, religion, and monarchy, worthy of eternal reverence and gratitude.

On this auspicious occasion, I humbly offer my royal blessings, praying that the power of the Triple Gem, the might of the deity Phra Siam Devadhiraj, and all sacred spirits universally protect and grant Her Majesty Queen Suthida Patcharasutthaphimol prosperity, complete success in all desires, joy, and widespread renown. May Your Majesty remain a cherished and protective presence for all of us forevermore.”

Following the speech, the band played the royal anthem. Then, the Prime Minister and the distinguished guests present proclaimed “Long live the Queen” three times. Afterwards, the Prime Minister and guests toasted to Her Majesty’s health and prosperity. The Prime Minister then watched the royal tribute performance titled “Chui Chai Thawai Phon” and enjoyed the band’s rendition of “Salute to the Great King,” concluding the ceremony.
