The Royal Gazette published a proclamation that His Majesty the King has graciously ordered the renaming of the military camp from its former name, “Nawamintharachini Camp,” to “Maharaj Vajiralongkorn Rajavallop Camp.”
On 6 June 2026, the Royal Gazette website published a Prime Minister's Office announcement regarding the royal grant to rename the military camp. The camp, originally called “Nawamintharachini Camp” and located in Mueang Chonburi District, Chonburi Province, is now named “Maharaj Vajiralongkorn Rajavallop Camp.”
This change takes effect from 19 February 2026 onwards.
The proclamation is dated 30 May 2026.
