
Chadchart strongly denies any use of IO or the 'Agong system' and calls for constructive campaigning. He believes his favorable poll ratings result from four years of hard work and warns his team not to be complacent.
On 7 June 2026, Chadchart, candidate number 9 for Bangkok governor, addressed political issues and allegations arising during the election. Emphasizing transparency, he spoke about the consistently strong poll results, thanking the public and stating, "The scores reflect not campaigning efforts but the result of four years of hard work, during which people have felt their lives improve." Chadchart added,
However, he cautioned his team not to underestimate the competition, noting that politics can change at any time, especially in the last three weeks before the election. He confirmed he would continue to meet with citizens daily as usual.
Regarding accusations posted by Jirayu Huangsub about a district director involved in sexual harassment, Chadchart said that if there is accurate evidence, it should be made public to remove wrongdoers, and he is ready for the new administration or Bangkok's permanent secretary to take immediate action.
"We have always declared zero tolerance for sexual harassment. In the past, we have addressed every complaint, including issuing dismissal orders in schools. But at the district director level, there is currently no information. I affirm this is an individual's misconduct and not related to Bangkok's system in any way." Chadchart added that he recently received a gold medal for equality and human rights from the United Nations, which confirms that external agencies rate Bangkok's human rights protection system quite highly.
On allegations of using IO to retaliate politically, Chadchart firmly denied such practices 100%. His team's policy is to communicate facts and constructive work methods without defaming or destroying opponents.
"Attacking opponents does not improve us or make people happier. Competition should be about presenting the best for the public. Some fans might attack others, but I ask them to stop and focus on our achievements instead," Chadchart said. Chadchart said.
When reporters asked about the criticism regarding the 'Agong system,' or allegations of using connections to appoint or transfer Bangkok civil servants, Chadchart clarified that such a system does not exist and considers it merely rhetoric. He explained that in any organization, some people will be satisfied and others not, which is natural. Those dissatisfied may accuse the system unfairly without reflecting on their own abilities. He affirmed that his team's practice has always been to select good, capable, and honest individuals with the utmost transparency.
