On 7 June 2026 GMT+7, the atmosphere at the Don Muen Saen home in Mueang District, Uthai Thani Province, was lively and bustling. Mr. Chada Thaiset, Member of Parliament (MP) for Uthai Thani's 2nd district, from the Bhumjaithai Party, opened his home to welcome guests and citizens who came to offer their congratulations on his 65th birthday, with the event distributing over 1,800 sacks of rice, each weighing 5 kilograms, to local residents.
Reporters described the atmosphere as warm and friendly, noting that since early morning, politicians, government officials, village heads, and citizens from both within Uthai Thani and other provinces continuously arrived to express their well-wishes. Among those welcoming guests were his daughter, Ms. Sabida Thaiset, Minister of Culture; Ms. Panatcha Thaiset, Mayor of Uthai Thani City; and his grandson, Mr. Jeset Thaiset, Deputy Minister of Interior, who together with the Thaiset family warmly hosted the birthday celebration.
Mr. Chada Thaiset was born on 7 June 1961 GMT+7. He currently serves as MP for Uthai Thani's 2nd district and as deputy leader of the Bhumjaithai Party. He previously held the position of Deputy Minister of Interior in the government of former Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin. Chada joined the Bhumjaithai Party in 2018 and has been deputy party leader since 2 October 2018. Prior to this, he was affiliated with the Chart Thai Party from 1988 to 2008 and the Chart Thai Pattana Party from 2009 to 2018. His political career began when he was first elected MP for Uthai Thani's 1st district on 23 December 2007. Since 2011, he has been elected as MP for the 2nd district, serving continuously for over 18 years as a representative of Uthai Thani's people.
