The government invites people to use the “Thai Chuey Thai Plus 60/40” scheme through four delivery platforms starting 15 June. This reduces food and delivery costs, helping citizens save expenses and stimulating restaurants nationwide.
9 June 2026 GMT+7 Ms. Lalida Pertwivatana, Deputy Spokesperson of the Office of the Prime Minister, revealed that the government, led by Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul, is driving forward the “Thai Chuey Thai Plus 60/40” project, to help reduce citizens' living expenses alongside stimulating the grassroots economy, increasing income for restaurants, small entrepreneurs, and service businesses nationwide. The scheme expands access through food delivery services on four main platforms: ShopeeFood, LINE MAN, GrabFood, and Robinhood, to make it easier for people to access government benefits and to increase market opportunities for restaurant operators across the country.
Under the government’s economic stimulus policy, citizens will be able to start using the “Thai Chuey Thai Plus 60/40” benefit via food delivery services from 15 June to 30 September 2026, between 06:00 and 21:00 daily, through the “Pao Tang” application. They can choose services from participating platforms ShopeeFood, LINE MAN, GrabFood, and Robinhood. This will facilitate greater access to benefits, reduce living costs, and allow government funds to circulate quickly and widely to restaurants and small entrepreneurs nationwide.
Ms. Lalida said expanding benefits to delivery services addresses modern lifestyles, especially for urban residents, the elderly, parents caring for children, and those unable to travel outside easily, enabling easier access to government aid. It also creates opportunities for small restaurants nationwide to reach more customers through online channels.
For ShopeeFood, users receive up to 60% discount on food from participating vendors plus free delivery with no minimum spend, reducing both food and delivery costs simultaneously. LINE MAN gathers many participating restaurants nationwide and offers additional perks. Users can enter the code LMPLUS for cumulative discounts up to 5,000 baht during the program and receive free delivery up to 5 kilometers, enhancing value for delivery orders.
GrabFood supports users of the Thai Chuey Thai Plus scheme with food discounts via the code GRAB, up to 100 baht per order, plus cash back up to 12,000 baht according to platform conditions. It also offers free Grab Saver delivery up to 5 kilometers to reduce costs and increase value for citizens. Robinhood provides both food and delivery discounts; users can get 50% off up to 100 baht per order from participating stores, with delivery benefits as specified, helping people access quality food at more affordable prices.
The Deputy Government Spokesperson added that cooperation between the government and the four food delivery platforms marks an important step in using digital technology to connect government economic stimulus measures effectively to the public. It also expands sales channels for small restaurant operators nationwide, circulates income within the economy, and promotes community-level employment.
“The government aims for the Thai Chuey Thai Plus 60/40 project to be a key mechanism to reduce citizens’ living costs while generating income for small entrepreneurs nationwide. Using technology and digital platforms as economic drivers will help funds flow broadly to shops, communities, and the grassroots economy, leading to economic recovery and sustainable improvement of citizens’ quality of life.”
