Regarding reports that the EC is awaiting an opinion from the Council of State Office concerning the performance evaluation of Mr. Sawang,
the Council of State Office wishes to clarify that in this case, after investigation, there is no letter from the EC Office seeking consultation or a legal interpretation from the Council of State on the matter of Mr. Sawang’s performance evaluation. Therefore, the news on this issue is inaccurate and not consistent with the facts. ."
