On 11 June 2026 GMT+7, the atmosphere outside Triam Udom Suksa School was lively as Mr. Mongkolkit Suksintharanon, known as "Tae Mongkolkit," chairman of the Bangkok Flying Group advisory board, visited to meet the public alongside Nong Phasapong Chaiwiriyawanich, candidate for Bangkok governor, amid strong interest from students and passersby.
As soon as they arrived, many students approached to take commemorative photos, shake hands, and ask for autographs continuously. Some requested to record videos and create social media content, cheering and calling their names throughout, creating a vibrant atmosphere outside the school.
The highlight came when "Tae Mongkolkit" performed push-ups in front of the students, drawing cheers and excitement from the welcoming crowd. Many students raised their phones to capture photos and videos.
Additionally, "Nong Phasapong" presented policies focused on improving the quality of life in Bangkok, especially for people with disabilities and the elderly, aiming to provide equal access to public transport, sidewalks, government buildings, and municipal services. He also advocated for upgrading ramps, elevators, and public amenities, as well as expanding employment opportunities and welfare access for people with disabilities.
"Tae Mongkolkit" stated that a good city must not leave anyone behind, particularly those with disabilities who still face daily challenges. He urged youth participation in proposing ideas to develop Bangkok into a city where everyone can live equally.
This visit attracted considerable attention from students, parents, and passersby. After the event, both spent time casually meeting and taking photos with supporters before proceeding to other duties in different areas.
