Ekniti invites shops to join delivery platforms during the 'Thai Help Thai Plus' campaign, introducing AI 'Whisper Bird' to assist in cost and accounting analysis. He revealed that during the 'Half-Half Plus' period, sales increased by 500-600%, emphasizing sustainable income growth and cost reduction.
15 Jun 2026 GMT+7 Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, revealed details about the 'Thai Help Thai Plus' project, saying that today shops are invited to sell on various platforms, with Krungthai Bank launching AI 'Whisper Bird' to assist participating shops in expanding sales, analyzing sales, reducing costs, and analyzing expenses, as there is a need to help small shops facing rising costs.
In addition, participating platforms such as Grab Food, LINE MAN, Robinhood, and Shopee have joined to support shops in the project, enabling them to increase sales and remove the limitation of selling only within their own areas, allowing shops to boost their sales further.
Mr. Ekniti further stated, that these four platforms have proven that during the 'Half-Half Plus' project, shops selling via these platforms increased sales by 500-600%, and even after the project ended, sales continued to grow by 100-200%. Therefore, there is a desire for small and micro businesses to learn about digital skills and online selling through the Up skill - Re skill project, which has proven that participants can significantly increase sales. Today, we aim to extend this by incorporating AI assistance, so shops do not need to hire staff for accounting or analysis, as AI 'Whisper Bird' will analyze whether purchased costs are higher than competitors' prices.
At the same time, Mr. Ekniti also invited shops to join the project without worry, as the platforms will provide guidance to help sustainably increase income and reduce costs.
