"Ice Rakchanok" criticizes the TH-AI Passport project, which was auctioned in January 2026, but evidence clearly shows the company began work as early as October 2025. She warns that when the current authority ends, some will end up behind bars, cursing those involved in corruption to have a bad end.
On 16 June 2026 GMT+7, Rakchanok Srinok, a party-list MP from the People's Party, posted on Facebook revealing new evidence that the TH-AI Passport project auction started in January 2026, but proof shows the company began work in October 2025. Besides sharing related information, she thanked those who prioritized public interest and patriotism by sending her this evidence. She said, “This proves the project declared its winner this year, but work began last year, following the Prime Minister’s policy of ‘ordering today, finishing yesterday.’ In this case, it’s finished; when the political color changes from blue, someone will be jailed.”
Rakchanok stated, “Everyone listen, this is not just about this project. There are many IT, AI, cloud, and upskill/reskill e-learning projects within the blue political sphere totaling over ten billion baht, including TH-AI Passport at 1.6 billion baht, National Credit Bank at 380 million baht, NDLP at over 1.3 billion plus 450 million baht, and NDLP cloud at 2.8 billion baht. It all cycles among a handful of real beneficiaries. Pipeline projects include Skill-Credit Portfolio from the Ministry of Higher Education at 5.4 billion baht and from the Ministry of Education at 1.6 billion baht.”
The Minister of Higher Education has ordered a review of the Terms of Reference, but the TikTok minister remains silent. These large sums are not just numbers; they represent funds being misappropriated or transferred. These amounts are the future of all of us, the budget deceiving youth nationwide into believing upskill/reskill e-learning projects will improve their future. It also deceives the IT sector into thinking they have a bright future. These funds, which should build the country’s future industries, are stolen along with others’ dreams and used to indulge cronies.”
Rakchanok said, “Enjoy your comforts now, do as you please, but in the final chapter of life, I curse all involved in this public fund wastage. I invoke all sacred entities these people revere: may anyone corrupt or involved in graft have a bad end. Even if the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Digital Economy says those suspected of corruption will be canceled, that’s not enough. I appeal to Minister Chaiyachon, a young man with a bright future.”
“In this life, those with everything can get anything handed to them. If you truly have good intentions, and if others put things in your hands without your knowledge, and you just want to be a 'tech prince,' then cancel the projects within your power now—it’s still not too late. Then move on to cleaner projects. Let me tell you, your family may provide everything: education, money, wealth, fame, power, and position, but what they cannot give, you must earn yourself—being loved and respected cannot be bought with money. One day, when no one is left to shield you, be careful; you will face hardship.”
Rakchanok concluded, “P.S. Don’t worry about sources. When the first person sent this, we hesitated to reveal it, but when the second, third, fourth, and fifth came forward, it showed many cannot tolerate this anymore and gives us hope in people.”
