The perpetrator was identified as a military clerk officer from Mueang Kalasin District. He used a handgun to shoot the provincial military officer of Kalasin, who died inside the workroom. Relevant agencies and police are currently investigating and collecting evidence to ensure the case proceeds according to legal procedures.
