
Yotsanan revealed preparations to review the 5.4 billion baht “Skill/Credit Portfolio” project and submit it to the Cabinet after TOR problems were discovered.

He spoke at the Government House about the progress of the “Procurement of Individual Skill Portfolio System at Higher Education Level” (Skill/Credit Portfolio) under MHESI with a budget of 5.4 billion baht, initiated during a minister from the Bhumjaithai Party, which faced criticism regarding the TOR. He said the project has been reviewed and the results will be submitted to the Cabinet meeting.
When asked if the TOR will need a complete overhaul for the problematic project from the previous government, Yotsanan said it will follow the operational guidelines. For what has been done, there will be evaluations. For upcoming actions, naturally, they will consider how technology has changed, proceeding according to the system.
