
A royal command has been issued relieving Rachen Silparaya, former director-general of the Royal Rainmaking Department, from his position as Ministry Inspector following his resignation, effective 23 June.
On 22 June 2026, the Government Gazette website published a Prime Minister's Office announcement concerning the removal of a regular civil servant from office, stating that the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives had issued an order permitting Mr. Rachen Silparaya a regular civil servant holding the position of Ministry Inspector in the Office of the Permanent Secretary to resign from civil service effective from 23 June 2026. The Secretariat of the Cabinet submitted a royal petition requesting his removal from the position.
Now, a royal command has been granted relieving the aforementioned individual from the position of Ministry Inspector in the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, effective 23 June 2026.
