Ruthaphon Naowarat, Minister of Justice, gave an interview at Government House before attending a Cabinet meeting regarding the recent disclosure of Phawut Pongwitthayaphanu, a party-list Member of Parliament (MP) from the People’s Party (PP), being involved in the Forex case, despite not yet being formally accused, leading the People’s Party to view this as political discrediting.
Pol. Lt. Gen. Ruthaphon said, "That is not the case. This is an action taken by the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) according to their scheduled timeline." .
