Pol. Gen. Seripisut Provides Testimony to Election Commission Alleging Anutins Unethical Conduct over Khao Kradong Land

Pol. Gen. Seripisut appeared before the Election Commission, submitting additional evidence to confirm that Anutin engaged in unethical behavior by encroaching on Khao Kradong land but has remained negligent.

At 12:30 p.m. on 23 June 2026 GMT+7. Pol. Gen. Seripisut Temiyaves, party-list Member of Parliament and leader of the Seri Ruam Thai Party, said after giving testimony to the investigation division of the Election Commission regarding his previous petition asking the EC to request the Constitutional Court to rule on the ministerial status of Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and Mr. Chaiyachon Chidchob, Minister of Digital Economy and Society, which should be terminated under Section 170(4) of the Constitution due to a lack of apparent honesty and serious ethical violations stemming from their neglect to revoke ownership of Khao Kradong land in Buriram Province, despite the Administrative Court ruling that the land belongs to the State Railway of Thailand (SRT).

Pol. Gen. Seripisut stated that he confirmed the petition and evidence he submitted, along with additional evidence presented today to the EC investigators, saying that although Anutin claims he does not own even a square inch of Khao Kradong land in Buriram since the residence registered under his name is actually Nawamin Chidchob's property, thus he did nothing illegal, the Supreme Court ruled in 2017 that the land on which Nawamin's house and the racetrack stand belongs to the State Railway. As a minister, Anutin cannot claim ignorance, especially since in 2023 the Administrative Court clearly ordered the Director-General of the Land Department to revoke the land title, yet Anutin still neglects to act. This repeated disregard of four judgments from the Supreme and Administrative Courts is to protect Nawamin and his associates' interests, effectively meaning Anutin has trespassed on State Railway land.

He concluded that this is a significant matter, not a trivial dispute with no impact on the nation. Since Anutin is Prime Minister and Chaiyachon is Minister of Digital Economy and Society, they are about to use Thai taxpayers' money to purchase the TH-AI Passport, worth over a billion baht. Allowing them to continue would cause greater harm to the country. Therefore, he urges the EC to act swiftly because the evidence he submitted is already clear.
