Anchalee declares it's time to dismantle the Ah Kong system.
Anchalee Phaireerak took the stage at the major rally "City of Angel Talk & Fest: Go All Out, Stop at James Anucha" held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center to declare support for Anucha Burapachaisri, Democrat Party candidate number 5 for Bangkok governor, and to energize the public to create a breakthrough "upset" in the final stretch of the election.
Anchalee emphasized that the Democrat Party has a rigorous candidate screening process, and Anucha has proven to be suitable, worthy, and dignified, with unquestioned honesty, as the party has always upheld this principle. She also highlighted the importance of electing Democrat Bangkok council members as key mechanisms to work closely with and support residents in every district.
During her speech, Anchalee reflected on Bangkok’s administration over recent years, questioning the influence of hidden powers, referred to as the "Ah Kong system," which played a role in managing an annual budget of hundreds of billions of baht. She also alluded to former Bangkok administrators, stating that the past four years showed no evident achievements.
Anchalee urged the public to elect Anucha to "lift the carpet" and address problems hidden under the surface for many years. She called on everyone to act as "worker ants" to campaign through family networks and social media, helping Anucha and the Democrat council team achieve victory in this election. She concluded firmly, "Integrity will be the shield, leading Anucha, number 5, to a sure victory." Anchalee said.
