Paethongtarn, accompanied by Khunying Pojaman and the whole family, exercised their voting rights in the Bangkok Governor and Bangkok Metropolitan Council elections.
At 10:30 AM on 28 Jun 2026, at polling station 15 in the tent at Sports Ground 1, Village Khehathani 3, Bangkok, Miss Paethongtarn Shinawatra, former Prime Minister, arrived with Khunying Pojaman Damapong and her elder sister, Miss Pinthongta Shinawatra Kunakornwong, to vote in the Bangkok Governor and Metropolitan Council (BMC) elections. Smiling, she greeted supporters waiting to observe the voting atmosphere. Upon arrival, Paethongtarn and her family greeted Pol. Maj. Phumiphat Viphati Phumiphatthana, former Bangkok MP from the Pheu Thai Party, and Mrs. Chayada Viphati Phumiphatthana, a BMC candidate, who also came to vote for governor and council. They then checked the voter list, received their ballots for governor and council, and proceeded to vote.
