
The 2026 Bangkok governor election results have been gradually entered into the system nearly two hours after the polls closed. Unofficially, Chadchart leads in first place with over 100,000 votes, Mallika remains second, and Dr. Joe Chaiwat is third.
On 28 June 2026, reporters reported that polling stations opened at 8:00 a.m. The election was for the Governor of Bangkok and Bangkok Metropolitan Council members. There were a total of 6,628 polling stations across Bangkok, with polls closing at 5:00 p.m. Afterwards, officials began counting votes from both ballots: the green ballot for governor and the pink ballot for councilors.
Unofficial vote count for the top three candidates as of 6:45 p.m. (8.45% counted).
1st place: Chadchart Sitthiphan with 113,420 votes.
2nd place: Mallika Bunmitrkul Mahasuk with 23,155 votes.
3rd place: Chaiwat Sathawarawijit with 13,720 votes.
