The parliamentary session unanimously voted to pass the bill transferring 10,328 million baht into the central budget for urgent crisis management tasks, completing consideration within 15 minutes.


On 2 July 2026 at 10:45 a.m. at the Parliament, the House of Representatives convened with Deputy Speaker Mallika Jirapanwanich presiding. They considered the bill transferring a budget of 10,328 million baht as reviewed by the special committee chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Ekniti Nitithanprapas. The bill consists of five articles, primarily reallocating certain expenditure items from 118 agencies into a central reserve fund for emergencies or urgent needs totaling 10,328 million baht. This fund is intended for urgent tasks to address, restore, and mitigate impacts from economic and social crises caused by both domestic and international factors. The second agenda item was article-by-article consideration, during which no members raised objections to the committee's amendments. The session then unanimously approved the bill in the third agenda with a vote of 449 to 0 and 2 abstentions, concluding the process within 15 minutes.
