Bhumjaithai Party Remains United: Pradorn Affirms No Rift Among Anutin, Chaiyachonok, and Phiphat

Pradorn refuted reports of a rift within Bhumjaithai Party, pointing out that Anutin is number one and Chaiyachonok number two, emphasizing the party remains united. He agreed that communication efforts must be accelerated to help the public understand better, citing the proverb, "Distance proves a horse, time proves a person."

On 7 July 2026, Mr. Pradorn Prissanantakul, Minister attached to the Prime Minister’s Office, spoke on local exam corruption. He said he believes no one thinks this issue just arose under this government; rather, it is a long-standing problem recurring over many administrations. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and overseer of the Ministry of Interior, along with Mr. Worasit Liangprasith, Deputy Minister of Interior, are actively addressing the problem beyond superficial measures. Additionally, Pradorn has helped make the country’s budget expenditures openly available for the public to view transparently.

Regarding the Prime Minister’s directive to improve communication and public relations, Mr. Pradorn said it is necessary to urgently enhance understanding among the public. Sometimes ministers themselves need to strive to communicate clearly with citizens on social issues in detail to build greater public comprehension.

When asked how he, as one of the 'Lucky Gods,' views criticism of his work, Mr. Pradorn said, "Distance proves a horse, time proves a person." He noted that time is needed, and over the past three months, everyone in this government has tried their best. Ultimately, results will be judged later on how successful they have been.

Regarding suggestions of internal party politics, Mr. Pradorn denied any internal conflicts. He reaffirmed that within Bhumjaithai Party, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul as party leader and Mr. Chaiyachonok Chidchob as secretary-general are firmly the top two figures. Even Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, a senior party leader, has publicly stated the party is united with no cracks.

When asked if he was among the ministers summoned by the Prime Minister for a discussion, Mr. Pradorn laughed and joked, "I wasn't called, but I will go myself," before walking up to the Thai Khu Fah Building to meet the Prime Minister.
