The Government Gazette publishes the Election Commission's announcement confirming the Prachachon Party's executive committee now includes only Natthapong, Natthawut, and Chutima, and no others.
On 7 July 2026, the Government Gazette published the political party registrar's announcement regarding changes to the Prachachon Party's executive committee. It stated that the party registrar had previously issued an announcement dated 20 August 2024 concerning amendments to the party's regulations and executive committee. This followed the first extraordinary general meeting of the Prachachon Party (formerly named the Local White-winged Vilai Party) held on 9 August 2024, where members resolved to repeal all previous party regulations from 2023 and adopt new regulations for the Prachachon Party in 2024, and elected a new five-member executive committee.
Now, the Prachachon Party leader has notified the political party registrar under Section 38 of the Political Parties Act B.E. 2560 (2017 CE) that Mr. Sarayut Jailuk submitted a resignation letter dated 27 February 2026, stepping down as secretary-general of the Prachachon Party, effective 24 April 2026.
The party leader received this resignation letter on 24 April 2026. Additionally, Mr. Pichon Chaowaphatthanawong
submitted a resignation letter dated 24 April 2026, resigning as an executive committee member of the Prachachon Party, effective the same day. This termination of committee membership complies with Article 37, paragraph one (2) of the Prachachon Party regulations B.E. 2567 (2024).
Therefore, the Prachachon Party's executive committee now consists of only three members:
1. Mr. Natthapong Ruangpanyawut, Party Leader
2. Mr. Natthawut Buapratum, Membership Registrar
3. Ms. Chutima Kotchaphan, Party Treasurer
This announcement is made publicly known.
Announced on 18 May 2026, signed by Mr. Sa-wang Boonmee, Secretary-General of the Election Commission and Political Party Registrar.
