The names of Governor Chadchart's second-term management team have been announced: Pornprom promoted to Deputy Governor, Jakkapan appointed Chief Advisor, with Tosak Chotimongkol's name missing.
On 9 July 2026, after reporting for duty and beginning his second term as Governor of Bangkok, Mr. Chadchart Sitthiphan immediately introduced his new management and working team as follows.

Reporters noted that in Governor Chadchart's second-term management and working team, the name of Mr. Tosak Chotimongkol, who served as Chief Advisor in the first term and was criticized over the 'air conditioning system' during the recent election campaign, does not appear.
Governor Chadchart said that for the position of Chief Advisor to the Governor, Mr. Tosak Chotimongkol is the chairman, and there will be a list of 18 additional members announced later in the afternoon.
He added that the team includes many young people because he believes it is time to transition political leadership to the new generation, while experienced seniors remain to provide oversight. He said he recently discussed with the Bangkok Permanent Secretary about leveraging the strengths of each party to propel Bangkok forward as far as possible.
He continued that the key task on the first day is to translate 261 policies into actionable plans with clear indicators, so that over 70,000 Bangkok civil servants understand their roles. The team will also continue pending projects that must be expedited within the first 100 days, especially strict measures against corruption, illegal foreign labor, and other urgent matters.
When asked about urgent policies to be addressed in the first 100 days, Governor Chadchart stated the first priority is issuing orders to disclose various data to the public for transparency, such as the dust and odor situation at the On Nut waste center. They will issue regulations supporting private childcare centers and increase public health service centers, aiming to raise the number of Universal Coverage Scheme cardholders to 1.3 million, improve the doctor waiting system, and implement the policy to plant two million trees, with a goal of planting at least 100,000 trees in the first 100 days. They will also establish an integrated waste burning management center to solve dust issues, improve bus stops, fix 100 flood-prone spots within 100 days, prepare drainage tunnels linking Khlong Prawet and Bueng Nong Bon canals, and set up a corruption complaint system via a 'traffic fondue' platform.
The administration will also propose ordinances to the council, renovate old buildings, support senior citizen schools, assist the homeless, manage waste at its source, and increase space for street vendors and peddlers.
