On 9 July 2026 at 07:30 at Military Airport 2, Wing 6, Don Mueang, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, gave an interview regarding the Constitutional Court's ruling on the constitutionality of the loan decree.Loan decreeof 400 billion baht, saying we must respect the Constitutional Court's ruling, which binds all organizations, and to wait for the result. When asked if, while the court is deciding, the Prime Minister is traveling to Malaysia, whether he is prepared to issue directives regardless of the outcome, Anutin said no action is necessary; we must wait for the ruling and comply with it. When asked about the opposition pressing for accountability if the ruling is negative, the Prime Minister asked, "Who?" Reporters answered, "The opposition." The Prime Minister then asked, "Which opposition leader? Tell me so I can understand why they're asking that." There are over 100 opposition members. Later at 12:00, Mr. Natthapong Ruangpanyawut, leader of the Prachachon Party, gave an interview about Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul's claim that he did not know Natthapong when questioned about the opposition's demand for accountability if the 400-billion-baht loan decree violates the constitution. Natthapong said, "The Prime Minister may not attend parliament often and thus may not remember MPs well. I understand. If he wants to remember MPs and fellow members better, he should answer parliamentary questions more frequently to refresh his memory." The Prachachon Party leader said.
