He convened a meeting to monitor progress on the investigation and punishment of offenders involved in corruption in local civil service exams, aiming to purge corruption, pursue legal action, and revoke appointments of implicated local officials.
The meeting included Atthasit Sampantharat, Permanent Secretary of the Interior Ministry; Theerapat Kachamat, Director-General of the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) and chair of the serious disciplinary investigation committee; five officials from the Department of Local Administration; and representatives from related agencies.
At 1:50 p.m., Anutin posted a photo with a message on Facebook stating, “Meeting to follow up on progress regarding local exam investigations and to prepare flood response plans with the Interior Ministry team.”
