At 09:10 on 13 July 2026 at the Government House, Police Lieutenant General Ruthapon Naowarat, Minister of Justice, spoke about the progress in the Forex case. He noted that over 100 victims had been interviewed and that the investigation summary would be completed before the parliamentary session ended on 11 July. Today, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) requested the court to issue 30 arrest warrants covering both individuals and legal entities.
When asked if MP Pawut Pongwittayaphanu, a party-list MP from the People's Party, was included, Police Lieutenant General Ruthapon confirmed that he was among those named.
