Ruthapon Naowarat, Minister of Justice, stated that following the Criminal Court's approval of arrest warrants for two suspects out of a total of 24, with summonses issued for the other 22, the Department of Special Investigation reported that it had arrested Mr. Theeraphong Kongkaew, known as “Coach James,” a key recruiter and IB in the Forex investment group, at Suvarnabhumi Airport. He was one of the two individuals subject to arrest warrants. The arrest occurred around 9:00 a.m. upon his return from abroad.
