At 15:05 on 14 Jul at the Government House, Police Lieutenant General Ruttapon Naowarat, Minister of Justice, commented on actions following the Criminal Court’s dismissal of the arrest warrant request for Pawut Pongvitayapanu, a party-list MP of the People’s Party. When asked if they would file again, he said since the court indicated it was still possible to issue a summons, the DSI will continue working for a while. A summons will have to be issued as it is the legal procedure.
